Stephanie McDonald is an Associate Lawyer with Milburn & Associates. Stephanie provides legal advice and representation in a wide range of employment issues including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, employment contracts, workplace policies, and human rights issues including discrimination and sexual harassment.
Stephanie is a fierce advocate who exceeds expectations by maintaining an extremely organized, efficient, and cost-effective legal practice. Stephanie’s clients appreciate her ability to consistently keep them updated on the developments of their case and provide support throughout all steps of litigation.
Stephanie previously worked at a reputable plaintiff-side employment law firm where she gained hands-on experience and honed her skills as a litigator. Stephanie has successfully represented clients at the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and other forums.
Stephanie is proud to have been a part of one of Canada’s best legal clinics, Community Legal Services at Western Law, and she continues to serve her community by mentoring students and volunteering.
