Andrew Kennedy

Andrew is an associate with Milburn & Associates. He exclusively practices employment law and regularly advises on every aspect of the employment relationship from recruitment to termination. His files include advising on employment contracts, discrimination and accommodation matters, constructive dismissal, and termination disputes.

Prior to joining Milburn & Associates, Andrew worked for several internationally recognized firms representing employers in matters of executive compensation, pension, employment and labour law. Andrew leverages his background representing employers to give his clients knowledgeable, practical, and timely advice and to zealously advocate for their  interests in litigation.
