Jack Day
B.A (Hons), J.D.
As an Associate Lawyer, Jack provides legal advice and representation to clients facing a wide range of employment problems, including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, and human rights matters. He represents clients through negotiations, dispute resolutions and all court levels.
Prior to joining Milburn & Associates, Jack was an articling student at a boutique Bay Street firm. specializing in securities and commercial litigation. During Jack’s articling term, he worked on and attended an appeal at the Supreme Court of Canada and had an article published in The Globe & Mail. Jack leverages his unique educational background to analyze clients’ matters through both a business and legal lens.
Jack received his Juris Doctor and Honours in Business Administration degrees from Western University and the Ivey School of Business, respectively, in the school’s dual-degree program.
