Kevin Simms begins at Milburn & Associates on April 10th.

Kevin is an Associate Lawyer with Milburn & Associates. Kevin provides legal advice and representation to people facing a wide range of employment problems, including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, and human rights matters.

Kevin comes to Milburn & Associates from a specialty legal clinic where his focused practice included representing plaintiffs before many different Boards, Tribunals, and Courts. Kevin brings expertise in the intersections of different statutes and regulations, and their impact on clients’ employment matters. In addition to experience at Boards and Tribunal, Kevin has appeared before the Divisional Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada.

Kevin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and was called to the bar in 2018.
